Shipping & Purchase Details

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday.  All new, non-expedited orders will be processed within 3-business days.
Depending on the package's shipping destination and size, orders are shipped via FedEx or the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) and will take approximately 7-10 business days to be delivered.
Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with your order's tracking information.  Please allow 24-hours for your order's tracking information to be updated by the carrier's system.

If you do not receive an shipping notification email for your order within two business days please check your Spam/Junk email folder.  If that does not resolve the issue, please contact us directly.
STANDARD SHIPPING - Domestic Orders

We process and ship new orders Monday through Friday. New orders received before 9:00 AM Arizona time will be processed within 2-4 business days.  All domestic orders are shipped via FedEx Home Delivery service or via U.S. Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail depending on package size and shipping destination. Orders being shipped to a post office box address will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
PLEASE NOTE -  FedEx Home Delivery service delivers packages Tuesday through Saturday. FedEx Home Delivery packages ARE NOT delivered on Sundays or Mondays.  Additionally, Sundays, Mondays, and holidays are not included in transit times.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING - Domestic Orders
New orders with expedited shipping are processed the same day when they are received Monday through Friday before 9:00AM Arizona time.  Orders with expedited shipping service received after 9:00AM Arizona time, or on the weekend, will be processed and shipped the following business day.
PLEASE NOTE - FedEx DOES NOT count the day that the package ships as an official 'Shipping Day' - instead, FedEx begins the 'Shipping Days' count on the date after your package departs.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - SHIPPING

We offer a flat rate international shipping price of $38.00 US for all retail orders.  You can expect your international orders to arrive in approximately 14-21 business days from the order date.

RETURN POLICY
WE YOUR BUSINESS, AND WE WANT YOU TO BE 100% SATISFIED!

If you have a problem with any of our products please contact us immediately, and we'll do our utmost to resolve the issue so you can fully enjoy your musical experience.  We stand behind our instruments completely! If the sound is affected by any structural defect, due to checking or natural cracks, we will replace the flute within 30-days of shipment, or repair it thereafter. In case of accidental damage beyond these conditions we will make every effort to repair the flute at a reasonable rate, plus the cost of return shipping.

RETURNING A PRODUCT
ALL PRODUCTS MUST BE RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION

For a refund to be considered the product must be returned in its original condition with no sign of wear and tear, and it be must be received within 30-days from the original date of shipment. Refunds are issued for the value of the product only. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The cost of return shipping is your responsibility unless the product has a defect. Include in your package a copy of your invoice, stating your reason for returning the product.

The customer is responsible for merchandise until it safely reaches us. To prevent damage during shipping, make sure your return is well packed. Please insure your return package for the full value of the purchase, as we are not responsible if your returning package is lost in transit.
