We ship all domestic orders by either:
U.S. Postal Service, Priority Mail or FedEx Home Delivery
Orders being shipped to post office boxes or overseas military bases will be shipped by the U.S. Postal Service, Priority Mail Service.

Once you've placed your order, you'll receive an order confirmation email to the email address provided at checkout. Within 3-business days or less, you'll receive a second email confirming the shipment of your order, which will include a link to track your package and its expected delivery date.
Please check your email Junk folder if you don't receive your order shipping confirmation after 3-business days.

International Orders

or other fees/charges related to the receipt of your order.

Expedited Shipping - U.S. Orders Only

IMPORTANT! Expedited shipping is not available from December 23, 2017 through January 2, 2018

We offer three FedEx expedited shipping options: Overnight, 2-Day, and 3-Day
Unfortunately, we do not offer expedited shipping for international orders.

All orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday; all expedited orders MUST BE RECEIVED BY9:00 AM ARIZONA TIME to be shipped the same day. When calculating transit times, please do not include: the day of shipment, weekends, or holidays as shipping days.

High Spirits Flutes will be closed on the following holidays -
Thanksgiving:               November 23-24
Christmas:                     December 25-29
New Year's Day:            January 1, 2018

Return Policy

We value your business and we want you to be 100% satisfied with your flute!
If for any reason, you have any problem with one of our flutes or any of our other products, please contact us and we'll do our utmost to resolve any issue so that you can fully enjoy your musical experience.
We stand behind our instruments completely! If the sound is affected by any structural defect, because of checking or natural cracks, we will replace the flute within 30-days of shipment or repair it thereafter. In case of accidental damage beyond these conditions, we will make every effort to repair the flute at a reasonable rate, plus the cost of return shipping.

Please contact us directly before returning a flute. For a refund to be considered, products must be returned in original condition with no sign of wear or tear, and be must be received within 30-days from original order date.
Refunds are issued for the value of the product only; original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The cost of return shipping is your responsibility unless the product has a defect. Include in your package a copy of your invoice, stating your reason for returning the product. Customers are responsible for merchandise until it safely reaches us. To prevent damage during shipping, make sure your return is well packed. We strongly recommend that you insure your return package for the full value of the purchase, as we are not responsible for packages lost in transit.
