IMPORTANT ORDER & SHIPPING POLICIES

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Please allow 1-5 business days (from the date the order is placed) for U.S. orders to be processed for shipment. All international orders are shipped by FEDEX.

Once your order ships you will receive a shipping notification email with your packages tracking number; please check the JUNK or SPAM email folders for shipping notification emails.

ORDER CHANGES
A $20.00 fee will be charged for each and any change made to an order (including shipping address) once it is received and prior to its shipping.  Once shipped, we are unable to make any changes to your order.  
We encourage you to take your time with your order, and we welcome you to contact us if you'd like our guidance.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS FEES
Customers are totally responsibility for any and all fees, taxes, and/or assessed duties related to receiving an order from outside their home country. Customers must pay any import taxes when their order is delivered by FEDEX.

REFUSED ORDERS
If a shipped order is refused by the recipient and is automatically returned by the shipping service, any original shipping charge paid will not be refunded, and a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from a refund on the order's items.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Due to logistics and customs complications, we are currently unable to directly ship to the following countries:  RUSSIA, JAPAN, CHINA
