ORDER CHANGES POLICY
A $20.00 fee will be charged, or deducted from a refund, for each and any change made to an order, which includes changes to the shipping address, when the requested change is received prior to the original being shipped. Once shipped, we are unable to make any changes to your order.

3-Day Express:  $30.00
2-Day Express:  $40.00
Overnight:  $75.00

Expedited orders must be received before 9:00 AM Arizona time to be shipped the same day. Expedited orders received Monday through Friday after 9:00 AM Arizona time or on a weekend will ship the following business day.
Expedited shipping is not available for Saturday deliveries.
FedEx expedited service does not count the day of shipment as a transit day. Days counted toward expedited transit begin the day after the date of shipment.

IMPORTANT ORDER & SHIPPING POLICIES

Shipping fees are non-refundable under most circumstances. Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Please allow 1-5 business days (from the date the order is placed) for U.S. orders to be processed for shipment.

All U.S. orders are shipped by FEDEX service. Due to delivery issues, we are no longer able ship to post office boxes (PO Boxes.) We apologize for any inconvenience.

Once your order ships you will receive a shipping notification email with your packages tracking number; please JUNK email folder for shipping notification emails.

UNDELIVERED ORDERS
If a shipped order is refused by the recipient and is automatically returned by the shipping service, any original shipping charge paid will not be refunded, and a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from a refund on the order's items.
