ORDER CHANGES POLICY
A $20.00 fee will be charged, or deducted from a refund, for each and any change made to an order, which includes changes to the shipping address, when the requested change is received prior to the original being shipped. Once shipped, we are unable to make any changes to your order.
RETURNS WITHIN 30-DAYS
All orders are eligible for a refund when returned within 30-days of the original delivery date; delivery date is determined using shipping service tracking information. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
For a full refund it must be received in its original condition, no exceptions. Any item received in less than its original condition will be charged a 25% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund.
We apologize but we are unable to offer exchanges or replacements; we are only able to process refunds once a flute is returned, and a new order placed if you'd like a different item.

Please check the engraving information on the back of your flute, which states the musical key.

All sales are final for our digital product; digital products are not eligible for exchanges, returns, or refunds.
Any item received after the initial 30-day, flexible return period, which is received in a quality deemed less than original condition, will not be accepted. When this occurs, the customers must pay an $18.00 return shipping fee in order to have their original item returned to them.
RETURNS AFTER 30-DAYS
Items approved for return and received in original condition 30-days or more from original delivery date will be charged a 15% restocking fee, even when received in original condition.
RETURNS AFTER 90-DAYS
Items approved for return and received in original condition 90-days or more from original delivery date will be charged a 25% restocking fee, even when received in original condition.
RETURNS AFTER 6-MONTHS
Items approved for return and received in original condition 6-months or more from original delivery date will be charged a 35% restocking fee.
NO RETURNS ACCEPTED AFTER 12-MONTHS
We are unable able to refund any item returned 12-months are more after the original delivery date, even when in original condition.
If a shipped order is automatically returned by the shipping service, any original shipping charge paid will not be refunded, and a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from any refund.
