When you place an order directly through our website we offer a price protection guarantee for 30-days from the original date of purchase.  This means if an item you purchased has a lower sale price on our website within 30-days of original purchase we will issue a refund for the price difference through your original order.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Please contact us prior to returning an item for a refund so we aware that it is being returned. To receive a full refund the returned item must be received by us within 30-days from its original date of shipment and it must be in its original condition.

To prevent damage during shipping make sure your return is well packed, and we also strongly encourage you to insure your return package for the full value of the purchase. Customers are responsible for merchandise until it reaches us, and we are not responsible for any damaged or lost items while in transit to us.
