If you have a problem with any of our products please contact us immediately, and we'll do our utmost to resolve the issue so you can fully enjoy your musical experience.  We stand behind our instruments completely! If the sound is affected by any structural defect, due to checking or natural cracks, we will replace the flute within 30-days of shipment, or repair it thereafter. In case of accidental damage beyond these conditions we will make every effort to repair the flute at a reasonable rate, plus the cost of return shipping.

IMPORTANT! All products must be returned in their original condition.

For a refund to be considered the product must be returned in its original condition with no sign of wear and tear, and it be must be received within 30-days from the original date of shipment.

Refunds are issued for the value of the product only. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The cost of return shipping is your responsibility unless the product has a defect. Include in your package a copy of your invoice, stating your reason for returning the product.

The customer is responsible for merchandise until it safely reaches us. To prevent damage during shipping, make sure your return is well packed.

We strongly suggest that you insure your return package for the full value of the purchase, as we are not responsible if your returning package is lost in transit.
