SALE ITEMS ARE EXCHANGE CREDIT ONLY FOR U.S. ORDERS

We accept returns/exchanges within 7-days after the date of delivery on orders. There's a $10.00 return shipping label fee for all orders initially shipped free.

Flutes must be received within 14-days of return approval and in original condition.

All returns must be received in original condition. Any return received damaged will be charged a 50% return fee.

We apologize that we are unable to issue return shipping labels for international orders. Return shipping must be arranged by customer.

REFUSED ORDERS
Shipped orders that are refused and automatically returned to us by the shipping service will not be refunded.
