NO RETURNS ACCEPTED AFTER FOURTEEN (14) DAYS
We do not accept any returns more than 14 days after verified original delivery date. High Spirits Flutes is not responsible for returned items which are lost or damaged in transit to our warehouse. For this reason, it is highly recommended that you insure your items before sending them to us. Any returns that are damaged upon receipt will not be refunded, and will be sent back to the original address. Please note: the above policy does not apply to any item that states "All Sales Are Final" on its product page. "All Sales Are Final" items are not eligible for return or exchange, for any reason.

ORDER CHANGES
We charge a $35.00 change fee for requests to change, add, or remove an item in the original order, or to change to the shipping or billing address.  We are absolutely unable to make any changes to an order (including shipping address) once it's shipped.

REFUSED ORDERS
Shipped orders that are refused and automatically returned to us by the shipping service will be charged a 50% restocking fee, which will be deducted from any refund.

EXCHANGES
We apologize, but we are unable to accommodate exchanges. If your item is eligible for return, a refund will be issued once the item is back in our warehouse in saleable condition.

RECEIVED THE WRONG FLUTE?
Please check the engraving information on the bottom of the flute, stating the musical key and the tuning frequency, and contact us within 14-days if you received a wrong item.

All sales are final for our digital product; digital products are not eligible for exchanges, returns, or refunds.
