ORDERING DETAILS

FLEXIBLE FOURTEEN (14) DAY RETURN POLICY
We accept returns up to 14-days after the verified date of delivery. Please contact us immediately to let us know that you'd like to return an item you've recently ordered and we will provide you a pre-paid return shipping label by email.

INTERNATIONAL RETURN POLICY
Due to shipping limitations, we are unable able to provide prepaid return shipping labels for orders outside the USA. Our flexible 14-day return policy is applicable to all international orders but the cost of return shipping must be paid direclty by the customer. Please contact us to let us prior to returning your order so we know to expect it.

ALL SALES FINAL ITEMS
Our 'Flexible 14-Day Return Policy' does not apply to any 'All Sales Are Final' item. 'All Sales Are Final' items are not eligible for return or exchange.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS FEES
International customers are completely responsible for all duties, fees, and/or taxes. Any import fees assessed by the destination country must be paid at the time of delivery.

REFUSED ORDERS
Shipped orders that are refused and automatically returned to us by the shipping service will be charged a 50% restocking fee, which will be deducted from any refund.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS: ALL SALES ARE FINAL
All sales are final for our digital product; digital products are not eligible for exchanges, returns, or refunds.

Please check the engraving information on the bottom of the flute, stating the musical key and the tuning frequency, and contact us within 14-days if you received a wrong item.
