Welcome back to our 5 Minute Flute Lesson series with Jan Michael Looking Wolf, award-winning Native American musician, Kalapuya tribal member of the Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde in Western Oregon, and a cherished friend of High Spirits Flutes.
In this new episode, Jan introduces the Triad of Synchronicity, the three essential elements that come together when you play the Native American-style flute: finger placement, breath control, and tongue embellishment. Each part is explained with practical tips that make it simple to follow along, whether you are picking up the flute for the first time or refining your playing as an experienced musician.
