Preservation Flutes

Preservation Collection flutes are all final sale and not eligible for return.

U.S. Orders — returned for credit only

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, with a $12 return shipping label fee. Flutes must be received within 14 days of the label being issued by email. Returns received damaged are charged a 50% restocking fee. Return-to-sender orders are charged 60% when received. Limit one return per order.

International Orders — returned for credit only

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Our shipping service can't create international return labels, so return shipping is paid by the customer. Please insure your return — any order that arrives damaged is the customer's responsibility. Flutes must be received within 21 days of email approval. Return-to-sender orders are not refunded. Limit one return per order.

International Import Duties

International customers are responsible for all duties, fees, and taxes. Any import fees must be paid at the time of delivery. Unpaid duties that cause an order to be returned to sender will prompt all future orders to be canceled.
