ITEMS CAN BE RETURNED FOR CREDIT ONLY

Returns are accepted within 14-days following delivery. There's a $12.00 return shipping label fee for all returned orders.

Flutes must be received within 14-days following the issue of the return shipping label by email.

Returns received damaged will be charged a 50% restocking fee.

Return to sender orders will be charged a 60% fee when received.

Returns are accepted within 14-days following delivery.

Our shipping service is unable to initiate international return shipping labels so shipping for international orders must be paid by the customer. 

We encourage all international returns to be insured, as any return order received in damaged condition is the responsibility of the customer.

Flutes must be received within 21-days of email approval of the return.

Return to sender orders will not be refunded.

INTERNATIONAL IMPORT DUTIES
International customers are completely responsible for all duties, fees, and/or taxes. Any import fees assessed by the destination country must be paid at the time of delivery.

Any unpaid duties / fees / import taxes, which are returned to sender, will prompt all future orders to be canceled immediately.
