Flutes may be returned for store credit within 14 days following the date of delivery. If you'd like to receive a return shipping label by email a $12 fee will be deducted from the store credit. Flute returns must be received with 30 days of order date, and in original condition. Flute returns received in damaged or used condition will be charged a 45% restocking fee deducted from the store credit. Orders that are returned to sender, or refused at time of delivery, will be charged a 55% restocking fee deducted from the store credit. International Import Duties

Any import duty, tax, or fee, associated with receiving an international order, is the responsibility of the customer, and collected at the time of delivery. Orders that are returned to sender, or refused at time of delivery, will be charged a 55% restocking fee deducted from the store credit.

International Returns

Our shipping provider is unable to create international return shipping labels so return shipping must be arranged by the customer. Flute returns received in damaged or used condition will be charged a 45% restocking fee deducted from the store credit.
