REFUSED / UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS
Shipped orders that are refused or unable to be delivered to shipping address, and automatically returned to us by the shipping service will be charged a 50% restocking fee, which will be deducted from any refund, along with the cost of shipping being forfeited. This applies to any international order returned to us because duties, fees, or import taxes, were not paid by the customer at time of delivery.
