INTERNATIONAL IMPORT TAXES
All import fees must be paid at the time of delivery; international customers are responsible for all duties, fees, and/or taxes related to receiving a purchase from outside their home country. 

SHIPPING TO BRAZIL: For orders shipping to Brazil, please include your CPF (personal) and/or CNPJ (business) number(s) as applicable; please email flutes@highspirits.com with that information, preferably before placing the order, or at least immediately thereafter. The CPF/CNPJ requirement must be met for your shipment to clear Customs.

REFUSED / UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS
Shipped orders that are refused or unable to be delivered to shipping address, and automatically returned to us by the shipping service will be charged a 50% restocking fee, which will be deducted from any refund, along with the cost of shipping being forfeited. This applies to any international order returned to us because duties, fees, or import taxes, were not paid by the customer at time of delivery.
