Our Condor Bass in the key of 'B' minor is handcrafted from Spanish Cedar, and it is the deepest bass tone tone flutes. Spanish Cedar is a softwood that gives the flute a baritone musical voice that is deep, powerful, and resounding in its tonal quality.
This flute is a great musical accompaniment to any of our other flutes in the key of 'B'.
This is a six-hole flute that automatically comes with a leather strap tied over the the third hole from the top, which converts it to five-hole flute for slightly easier playability.
Our Condor Bass 'B' flute is 29 inches (73.66 cm) long. Because of the length of this flute and the size of its fingering-holes, we generally recommend it for experienced players or those with larger hands.
Each flute is eligible for our free "Beginner/Intermediate How-To-Play" instruction, which includes an instructional booklet with fingering charts and DVD.
