Northwest Spirit 'A' - Aromatic Cedar

Our Northwest Signature Flute tuned in the key of "A" minor (440 Hz) was designed in honor of the rich cultural history of sculptural wood art.  The symbols of nature, animal, and fish are all colorfully represented in the indigenous sculptures of the Pacific Northwest region, and appear massive totems, intricate carvings, and even woven textiles.

This flute is handcrafted from a single piece of Aromatic Cedar, which is an exceptional tonal wood that gives the flute a balanced voice that has both clarity and warmth. It features natural Abalone Shell cabochons.

Tuned to the key of 'A' minor, it can also be played in the relative major diatonic scale in the key of "C".  This flute is 20 inches (51 cm) long with a 1-inch (2.5 cm) bore diameter.
