2025 HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY

All Preservation Flutes are final sale and are not eligible for return.

U.S. RETURNS
Every Flute Meets Our Strict Sound Quality Standards

Orders placed on or after November 3, 2025 are eligible for return until January 9, 2026. We must receive a return request email with your order number by January 9, 2026.

There's a $12.00 return shipping label fee for all orders.

Return orders must be received within 14-days of our return approval, in original condition.

Damaged returns will be charged a 50% return fee.

Full price items are eligible for a refund to original form of payment, minus the return shipping fee.  If you prefer, you may request a digital gift card in lieu of a refund.

Discounted and sale items will automatically receive a digital gift card; they aren’t eligible for a refund.

Our digital gift cards do not expire and can be used towards a future order.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

SALE ITEMS ARE  NON-RETURNABLE  FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For international orders we must receive a return request within 7-days of delivery.

We apologize that we are unable to issue return shipping labels for international orders. Return shipping must be arranged by customer.

Flutes must be received within 14-days of return approval and in original condition.

Any return received damaged will be charged a 50% return fee.

INTERNATIONAL IMPORT FEES
International customers are completely responsible for all duties, fees, and/or taxes. Any import fees assessed by the destination country must be paid at the time of delivery.

REFUSED ORDERS
Shipped orders that are refused and automatically returned to us by the shipping service will not be refunded.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS
All digital products are final sale.
