INTERNATIONAL IMPORT TAXES
All import fees must be paid at the time of delivery; international customers are responsible for all duties, fees, and/or taxes related to receiving a purchase from outside their home country. 

ADDRESS DETAILS: If you are requesting shipping to a hub such as a UPS, FedEx, or other shipping center, please include the Box #. We cannot guarantee FedEx will be able to complete delivery, even to one of their own locations, if the recipient does not have a Box rented for them at the location specified. The same applies to Hotels/Motels; some may hold packages at the front desk based on the addressee's info matching a current guest, but some require the Room # so please include it. 

SHIPPING TO BRAZIL: For orders shipping to Brazil, please include your CPF (personal) and/or CNPJ (business) number(s) as applicable; please email flutes@highspirits.com with that information, preferably before placing the order, or at least immediately thereafter. The CPF/CNPJ requirement must be met for your shipment to clear Customs.

REFUSED / UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS
Shipped orders that are refused or unable to be delivered to shipping address, and automatically returned to us by the shipping service will be charged a 50% restocking fee, which will be deducted from any refund, along with the cost of shipping being forfeited. This applies to any international order returned to us because duties, fees, or import taxes, were not paid by the customer at time of delivery.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Due to delivery issues we are unable to ship to the following countries: Mexico (exception: Yucatán state), Russia, China, Vietnam, Thailand, Laos, Indonesia. This may apply to additional countries not listed here; if you do not see yours as an option on the checkout page please contact us  flutes@highspirits.com
