RETURN POLICY
Please read all information on this page below before using the Order Return email form on the right to begin a return:
We accept returns up to 7-days after the verified date of delivery. Let us know immediately to request a return. We charge a $10.00 return shipping label fee for the return of any item that was initially shipped for free when ordered. Please note when filling out the form if you are paying for return shipping or requesting we send you a shipping label - if not specified, we default to sending the return shipping label.
The $10.00 return shipping fee can be avoided by directly paying the cost of shipping yourself for the return item(s) within the return policy timeframes.
It's the customer's responsibility to purchase appropriate insurance for any item being returned. If your return item is damaged in transit to us, and we didn't provide the prepaid return shipping label, you are entirely responsible. No return will be processed; the item will be immediately returned to you.

International Returns - Due to shipping constraints, we are unable able to provide prepaid return shipping labels for orders outside the USA.
Our 7-day return policy is applicable to all international orders but the cost of return shipping and shipping insurance must be paid directly by the customer. Please ship to:

Final Sale Items - Our return policy does not apply to any 'Final Sale' item; these items are not eligible for any return or exchange.
Late Returns - Returned flutes must be received within 14-business days after return authorization is issued. Flutes received after the 14-business day authorization period will be charged a 25% restocking fee, based on the item's full price.
Customer Damaged Flutes - Returned flutes that are received damaged will be charged up to a 35% restocking fee, based on the amount of damage and calculated on the item's full price.
Refused Orders - Orders that are refused and automatically returned to us by the shipping service will be charged a 50% restocking fee, and any cost of shipping paid by the customer when placing the order will be forfeited.
This applies to any international order that is refused due to duties, fees, or import taxes, not paid by the customer at time of delivery.
