White Swan Signature 'A' Aromatic Cedar (final sale)

Our White Swan Signature flute in the key of "A" minor (440 Hz) is handcrafted from a single piece of domestic Aromatic Cedar. This flute features natural Howlite decorative stone inlay, to enhance the artistic beauty of the instrument.

The fierce grace and beauty of this water bird. In the process of creating this flute we also learned that White Swan (1850-1904) was the name of a member of the Crow Indian Tribe who was one of six Crow Scouts at the Battle of Little Bighorn. We are honored to commemorate his life in the peaceful music of this special flute.

The key of 'A' is ideal for a first time flute player because of its size. This flute is tuned in the key of "A" minor but can also be played in the relative major diatonic scale in the key of "C".

Aromatic Cedar has a warm, full, resonant, musical voice. As a wood, Aromatic Cedar has a range of colors from ginger orange to burgundy red, it can also showcase sap wood which is yellow color in Aromatic Cedar.
