INTERNATIONAL IMPORT FEES
International customers are completely responsible for all duties, fees, and/or taxes. Any import fees assessed by the destination country must be paid at the time of delivery.
REFUSED ORDERS
Shipped orders that are refused and automatically returned to us by the shipping service will be charged a 50% restocking fee, which will be deducted from any refund, along with the cost of shipping being forfeited. This applies to any international order returned to us because duties, fees, or import taxes, were not paid by the customer at time of delivery.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
Our 'Flexible 7-Day Return Policy' does not apply to any 'Final Sale' item. 'Final Sale' items are not eligible for return or exchange.
U.S. Orders - RETURN POLICY
We accept returns within 7-days after the verified date of delivery. Please contact us immediately to be emailed a return shipping label. There is a $10.00 return shipping fee on all orders.
Flutes must be received within the 14-business days following the return shipping label being emailed. Flutes received after the 14-day return window will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
Damaged returns will be charged a 35% restocking fee.
Overseas Orders - RETURN POLICY
International orders can be returned within 7-days of verified delivery but return shipping must be arranged by the customer.
We apologize that our shipping system dose not allow us to email return shipping labels for locations outside the U.S.
Flutes must be received within 21-business days from the verified date of original delivery. Flutes received after the 21-day return window will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
Damaged returns will be charged a 35% restocking fee.
CANCELED ORDER EXCEPTION FEE
If we are able to accommodate your order cancelation request prior to shipping, a 20% cancelation fee will be charged.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
All sales are final for our digital product; digital products are not eligible for exchanges, returns, or refunds.
